Treatment-based massage that focuses on one area or condition for 30 minutes every week. Focused treatment increases the speed and effectiveness of a specific goal by being more consistent rather than trying to accomplish everything with less frequent and longer sessions. A minimum of 4 sessions is required.

In-person or virtual. This introductory strategy session is recommended as the first step for everyone we coach. We'll discuss your goals, perform a movement assessment, perform exercises to determine your current level of fitness, identify strengths and limitations, review your training history, discuss any injuries, and develop a strategy for you to achieve the results you want.

Fitness Assessment

The posture and movement assessment is designed to identify muscular imbalances, joint limitations, and dominant traits of the body during static positions and movement and to see how the body responds under load. 

You'll receive a detailed visual report with our assessment findings and recommended strategies.

We can find your movement limitations and move you past them. Stretching sessions are with a dual-qualified Licensed Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer experienced in kinesiology (the study of movement) and musculoskeletal anatomy. Fully clothed, no oil or lotion.
