An introductory call to learn how we can help you. Calls are done on Zoom, but you can choose any location.

Free Coaching Call

Achieve a big goal by creating a plan you can stick to. In this 1-on-1 call, we will identify the barriers and come up with a plan of attack for achieving a specific goal. 45 minutes is recommended for our initial call. Calls are done on Zoom, but you can choose any location. The time I'll spend goes beyond our call, as each call will include a follow-up with relevant, actionable tasks and lessons.

In-person or virtual. This introductory strategy session is recommended as the first step for everyone we coach. We'll discuss your goals, perform a movement assessment, perform exercises to determine your current level of fitness, identify strengths and limitations, review your training history, discuss any injuries, and develop a strategy for you to achieve the results you want.

Youth Fitness Program

Fitness Workshop

Sports massage is designed for athletes and physically active individuals. It uses various massage techniques to help your body recover faster, reduce pain or injury, improve flexibility, and help you reach peak performance. I use a combination of deep tissue massage, stretching, cupping, kinesio taping, hot stone, and IASTM based on your goals and needs. It is fully clothed and uses zero to minimal lotion.
