Nothing to fear. You will not be judged. This is an assessment for all of us.

This introductory lesson is recommended as the first step for everyone we coach. We'll discuss your goals, perform a movement assessment, perform exercises to determine your current level of fitness, identify strengths and limitations, review your training history, discuss any injuries, and develop a strategy for you to achieve the results you want.

In-person or virtual. If you are unable to find a time, text 425-659-2858.

Judgment Day (Fitness Assessment)

Achieve a big goal by creating a plan you can stick to. In this 1-on-1 call, we will identify the barriers and come up with a plan of attack for achieving a specific goal. 45 minutes is recommended for our initial call. Calls are done on Zoom, but you can choose any location. The time I'll spend goes beyond our call, as each call will include a follow-up with relevant, actionable tasks and lessons.
